The Challenge
TECHATRON was a new brand that needed to be launched from zero across three countries
and multiple e-commerce platforms. This required handling everything from product research and
international sourcing to creating compliant, SEO-optimized listings with localized content for each
market.
My Role
I led the end-to-end catalog management for the entire brand launch:
- Product Research & Sourcing — Identified high-demand products and coordinated
sourcing from Chinese suppliers via Alibaba and 1688.com
- Multi-Platform Listing Creation — Built SEO-optimized product listings for
Amazon (India, UAE, USA), Flipkart, and Noon with localized keywords and descriptions
- FBA Logistics Coordination — Managed Fulfillment by Amazon setup, including
shipping plans, labeling requirements, and inventory management
- Compliance & Documentation — Ensured all listings met country-specific
compliance requirements and brand registry guidelines
- A+ Content & Brand Storefront — Created enhanced brand content and custom
storefronts for each marketplace
- Advertising Campaign Setup — Launched initial Sponsored Products and Brand
campaigns to drive initial traction
The Outcome
Successfully launched TECHATRON across all target markets with fully optimized
listings from day one. The brand now has a strong presence across three countries with consistent
branding, full FBA integration, and active advertising campaigns driving sales growth.
